Principle Product Manager

Requirements

• Drive product discovery by regularly interacting with customers and conducting qualitative interviews with target users.
• Contribute to finding solutions by bringing solid knowledge of business constraints, customers, technical limitations, and domain expertise.
• Be accountable for outcomes. Measure and validate whether shipped solutions actually solve the problem you set out to solve.
• Set, track, and manage product KPIs, reporting to leadership and aligning peers and other functions accordingly.
• Lead and mentor other product managers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
