We seek a RPA Developer to develop, implement, and maintain automated business processes using automation software. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, integrate AI-driven solutions, and enhance efficiency across IT and business departments

This position is part of the North American Client Services Informatics Team located in Brea, CA. The position can be worked remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Maintain RPA Solutions: Design and optimize automated workflows using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.

  • AI Integration: Utilize AI technologies to enhance process automation.

  • System Analysis & Design: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to create scalable automation solutions.

  • Cross-Platform Integration: Implement and support integrations with Oracle, Salesforce, RingCentral, and other systems.

  • Performance Optimization: Continuously improve RPA bots and expand automation opportunities.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development (UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate preferred).

  • Familiarity with server technologies and experience with cloud platforms such as OCI and AWS.

  • Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations.

  • Experience working on complex projects involving multiple enterprise systems, including ERP platforms.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and ITSM tools for incident and change management.

  • Skilled in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and/or SSRS.

  • Experienced with CLM applications and enterprise-level automation projects involving multiple business systems.

The salary range for this role is $80-$95K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
