As a Senior Fullstack Engineer (React & Data-Focused), you will be responsible for building and scaling end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and data systems. This is a truly balanced fullstack role, combining frontend development using React with backend engineering, data pipelines, and scalable architectures. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven features that directly impact product evolution, user engagement, and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the team to design and implement backend systems that efficiently manage and organize data.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines that support the platform’s data-driven features.
• Build and maintain frontend features using React as part of end-to-end product delivery.
• Design and implement intuitive solutions through a balance of collaborative and autonomous workflows.
• Analyze current and potential metrics to determine which ones provide the most value for tracking and optimization.
• Collaborate with the team to define features that guide product development and user engagement strategies.
• Participate actively in both frontend and backend development to support customers and the Customer Success team.
• Design database systems using existing SQL databases and GraphQL APIs that perform reliably at scale.
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Apply best practices for data security, integrity, and quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work closely with the team to iterate on solutions that meet company goals and user needs.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure data-driven features are aligned with the overall product vision.

Seniority & Experience

• Senior-level Fullstack Engineer with strong autonomy and ownership.
• Proven experience delivering production-ready features across frontend and backend systems.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with React for frontend development.
• Solid backend engineering experience building APIs and scalable services.
• Experience designing and working with SQL databases and data models.
• Hands-on experience consuming and designing GraphQL APIs.
• Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Experience building secure, production-grade systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience building or integrating Machine Learning models.
• Background in multi-family real estate or proptech environments.
• Experience with statically typed programming languages.
• Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

Soft Skills
