SDR / Appointment Setter

Pear Tree is hiring an SDR / Appointment Setter for a UK-focused B2B business to scale its outbound pipeline through cold-calling and sales efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B SDR or outbound sales experience
• Demonstrated experience selling into the UK market
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional phone manner
• Experienced with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and outbound tooling (diallers, sequencing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
