Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field operations with an AU based client.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, labor costs, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in estimating software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and preferably Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to changing circumstances or project scopes.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude focused on achieving project goals.
