United States onlyd-Matrix is seeking a Hardware Qualification Engineer, Senior Staff to lead the qualification strategies for our next-generation AI compute platforms. The role involves defining qualification plans, conducting stress and reliability testing, and validating signal and power integrity.
Requirements
- Define and execute comprehensive HW qualification plans (EVT/DVT/PVT) for complex AI accelerator systems
- Lead the implementation of HALT/HASS, thermal cycling, humidity, and vibration testing
- Provide senior-level oversight for the validation of high-speed SerDes and LPDDR designs
- Drive root-cause analysis for complex system-level failures
- Oversight the qualification of high-bandwidth interconnects and PCIe Gen5/6 link stability
- Work directly with Design, Thermal, and Firmware teams to implement hardware fixes
- Partner with CMs and JDMs to align on test methodologies and production outgoing quality limits (OQL)
