• Lead and coordinate the delivery of complex technical programs from conception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively communicating project goals, milestones, and risks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, incorporating industry best practices and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with IT service management processes, good clinical practices, and business continuity/disaster recovery plans.
• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in web application development, Azure cloud services, web services, and data engineering to inform strategic decisions.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on successfully delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong background in web application development, Azure cloud services, web services, and data engineering solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• PMP, PMP, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate between business and technical groups to achieve project objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of IT service management processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with good clinical practices certification and its application in project management.
• Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
