Community Manager - Open Source Software

We are looking for a Community Manager to lead the change in building, engaging, and supporting a global developer and user community for our Open Source Software.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager (ideally in tech or OSS)
• Proven success growing and managing online communities
• Deep understanding of online communities, culture and trends
• Familiarity with Open Source Software culture and models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Hands-on experience with tools like Discord, Github, Hootsuite, and analytics platforms
• Content creation skills, including basic graphic design, video editing, or copywriting
• Direct experience managing an OSS community will be considered a plus
• Experience with software development (coding, testing, design etc)
• Must be able to work for a Greek Company - Owns a Greek VAT number
• Military service completed
