Customs Agent (CH Team)

We are looking for Customs Declarants (m/f/d) for our locations in the Basel area, full-time and permanent.

Your responsibilities:
• Preparing German and Swiss export documents in ATLAS and Passar
• Preparing Swiss customs clearances via E-Dec and Passar
• Preparing German customs clearances via ATLAS

• Preparing transit documents via Passar

Requirements

Our expectations:
• Completed commercial training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or as a forwarding and logistics services clerk, or a comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience in customs declaration for import/export, as well as good knowledge of customs regulations and related procedures
• Good command of German and English is required
• Service- and customer‑oriented attitude
• High level of commitment, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
