This is a remote position.
We seek a Project Manager with experience leading WordPress projects and supporting development for Enterprise companies with multiple websites. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously. This person will work closely with client teams and will help drive strategy and initiatives.As a Project Manager, your responsibilities include communicating with clients to determine client needs, project scope, and project budgets, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will create and maintain project tasks and timelines and ensure that development teams are organized and project resources are used efficiently.
Effective communication, both written and verbal, is key when working with C-suite, VP-level, and Director-level client stakeholders. A key responsibility will be managing stakeholder expectations while keeping projects on track during the development lifecycle.

Requirements

Required Knowledge & Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience working as a PM, ideally in an agency environment
- Experience with some form of account management
- Experience with WordPress at the admin level
- Experience with project management software like Slack and Jira
- Experience working with dev teams and creative teams, ideally in an agency
- Experience working with US companies
