The Manager, Partner Club Relationships & Strategy Analytics leads the analytics function supporting AAA distribution partnerships and enterprise partner strategy. They oversee a team of three analysts, deliver executive-ready insights, and serve as a strategic thought partner to the VP, Partner Club Relationships and Strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of insurance, actuarial, product management, programming, data reporting and analysis or related business experience
  • Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and building high-performing analytical teams
  • Deep analytical expertise with the ability to frame complex business problems, guide rigorous analysis, and ensure integrity of insights used in strategic decision-making
  • Demonstrated executive presence, including structured storytelling, stakeholder-influence, and facilitation of decision alignment across senior leaders
