United States onlyCrusoe is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Field Engineer to act as the primary technical bridge between design teams and on-site construction partners. The role requires an electrical professional with a strong mix of electrical construction and design methodologies, power distribution equipment installation and commissioning, and a strong background in construction and/or operational environments and expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in mission-critical environments supporting construction and/or operations
- Deep practical understanding of electrical power distribution equipment assembly and installation
- Hands-on experience with on site construction and partnering with third-party general contractors and electrical subcontractors
- Strong project management skills to assist in monitoring schedules, spotting bottlenecks, and driving on time completion in a technical position
- Ability to troubleshoot complex field installation issues and implement practical, code-compliant solutions on the fly
- Flexibility to travel frequently or reside near assigned project site - minimum of 50% of time on site
