By joining our rapidly growing Business Transformation(DT&A) practice, you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients. What You'll Do:
- Lead and support a wide range of automation projects focused on process optimization, intelligent automation, and scalable data solutions.
- Design and implement rule-based and intelligent automation workflows using tools such as Alteryx, Python, and optionally Make or n8n.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to automate workflows such as journal entry creation, data transformation, and reporting.
- Apply business rules and logic to automate manual Excel-based processes and deliver production-ready outputs (e.g., CSV, Excel, text files).
- Contribute to the evolution of automation maturity from rules-based logic to intelligent automation and AI agent frameworks.
- Support the development and deployment of AI/ML models for forecasting, classification, and decision support.
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
- Oversee project administration activities, including setup, planning, budgeting, account management, and billing.
- Mentor team members through coaching, regular feedback, and performance reviews, while supporting project teams in resolving complex issues.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor who understands their business needs and identifies opportunities for new business.
- Play an active role in attracting, interviewing, hiring, and retaining top talent.
What You'll Bring:
- 4–8 years of prior experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory firm, or management consulting firm).
- Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx and Python; familiarity with Make and n8n is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working with finance teams to automate workflows and deploy solutions in production environments.
- Knowledge of intelligent automation, machine learning operations (MLOps), and AI agent frameworks.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships.
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%; travel varies based on client preferences
