German Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking experienced German-speaking Customer Care Specialists to provide outstanding support to customers of a financial services company from the comfort of their home in Montenegro.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in German, both verbal and written.
• Familiar with customer support software, including Zendesk and internal troubleshooting tools.
• Experience in customer support and technical support, especially with help desks or IT functions.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong independent work ethic and remote team collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Adaptable and flexible with a strong knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
