Cricut is looking for a driven and hands-on Marketing Manager to build and scale Cricut’s presence in the Philippines, driving awareness, engagement, and sales across digital and retail channels.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in marketing within consumer, lifestyle, FMCG, or e-commerce brands
- Proven experience driving brand awareness and engagement in the Philippines market
- Strong hands-on experience in social media marketing, including content strategy and community management
- Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships end-to-end
- Solid understanding of paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google) able to guide strategy and evaluate performance
- Familiarity with Philippine e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving, startup-like environment
