This is not a traditional marketing role. You will be responsible for evolving our global digital presence using generative AI, predictive analytics, workflow automation, and AI-powered personalization to create measurable business impact across multiple business verticals and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Innovation
- Build and execute AI-first digital marketing strategies focused on growth, scalability, and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration across marketing operations and workflows.
- Utilize AI-driven insights, audience intelligence, and predictive analytics to uncover growth opportunities.
- Stay ahead of evolving MarTech, generative AI, conversational AI, and AI SEO trends.
AI-Powered Content & Creative Leadership
- Lead AI-assisted content development across blogs, landing pages, social media, paid campaigns, email marketing, and video marketing.
- Utilize tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Jasper, Adobe Firefly, Veo, Google Vids, Copy.ai, and similar platforms for content ideation and production.
- Drive conversion-focused creative strategies using adaptive and personalized content experiences.
- Manage A/B testing, experimentation, and AI-assisted optimization for improved engagement and conversion rates.
Full-Funnel Growth Marketing
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, email, SEO, and outbound channels.
- Leverage AI-enabled marketing platforms and automation tools to improve campaign efficiency and personalization.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales and business development teams to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue generation.
- Develop account-based marketing (ABM) and intent-driven marketing strategies.
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms and AI-powered dashboards.
- Translate KPIs including CPL, CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and LTV into actionable business insights.
- Optimize funnel performance using behavioral data, attribution models, and predictive forecasting.
- Generate monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership.
Marketing Automation & AI Operations
- Build scalable AI-powered workflows for outbound marketing, lead nurturing, CRM automation, and campaign management.
- Integrate and manage tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, RB2B, Zapier, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related platforms.
- Improve internal marketing productivity through AI-assisted systems and automation frameworks.
Team Collaboration & Innovation Culture
- Collaborate closely with content, design, development, PR, and sales teams.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and AI adoption within the marketing team.
- Train team members on emerging AI tools, prompt engineering, and workflow optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Proven experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows and campaign execution.
- Strong expertise in SEO, paid media, email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, analytics, and marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms and content generation tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in AI, digital marketing, automation, or analytics are a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in B2B technology, SaaS, software services, AI, or IT consulting industries.
- Familiarity with offshore marketing operations and global audience targeting.
- Understanding of no-code tools, AI agents, and workflow automation systems.
