Job Summary

Create Music Group is building a modular, next-generation platform that powers the entire lifecycle of a modern record label: from discovery and signing, through distribution, marketing, analytics, and beyond. We’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, customizable interfaces that work for novices and industry experts alike. You’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of a platform that will transform how labels operate, while designing with AI-driven insights and automation in mind. Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UI/UX design direction for the new platform, from concept through execution
• Design a modular, role-based interface that adapts seamlessly to diverse workflows
• Integrate AI-ready design patterns that enable smarter, faster decision-making
• Mentor and inspire a talented design team, building a culture of creativity and innovation
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data to deliver beautiful, scalable, and technically feasible solutions
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UI/UX design, with experience mentoring design teams for complex SaaS platforms
• Experience bridging creative vision with execution in multi-role, multi-use-case environments
• Strong grasp of design systems, modern front-end frameworks, and AI-driven user experiences
• Ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision
• A portfolio showcasing data-rich, customizable, and user-centric products

Pay Scale

• $120,000 - $130,000 CAD per year
• The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
