This role provides support to Field Operations Manager and Area Managers for operational matters, excellent service provision, cost control, and people management in the Subsidence Field Teams.
Requirements
- Provide guidance and support to employees to maximize their potential
- Deliver excellence against key measures of reduced duration, cost control, and customer satisfaction
- Act as a subsidence champion and technical referral point
- Coach, inspire, and develop technical excellence
- Assist Managers in identifying and addressing employee issues
- Troubleshoot and take proactive action to 'fix' the system
- Keep technical skills and knowledge up to date
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve the End to End claims process
- Assist Managers to identify and monitor employee development needs
- Develop, manage, and maintain relations with internal and external parties
- Engage with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Promote Company ethics and values
