The Role

We're looking for a driven, strategic, and relationship-forward Sales & Business Development Lead to build and own CoWorq's sales engine. The main responsibility is to build a repeatable, scalable sales process and filling the pipeline with the right clients: medium to large companies ready to leverage ethical outsourcing.

This is a high-trust, high-ownership role. You'll work closely with the CEO and the Commercial Team (Partner Relations, Digital Marketing), and represent CoWorq in every stage of the sales journey.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Pipeline

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy specifically targeting medium to large companies seeking outsourcing solutions
  • Build and manage a consistent lead pipeline through outreach, referrals, partnerships, and digital lead generation channels
  • Work with the Commercial Team to nurture leads through email sequences, funnels, and campaigns

Sales Execution

  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → discovery → proposal → close
  • Convert warm leads into paying clients
  • Conduct Discovery Calls
  • Book Roadmapping Sessions with qualified prospects directly with the CEO

Process & Documentation

  • Build and document a repeatable sales playbook — ideal client profile, scripts, objection handling, proposal templates
  • Maintain a clean, updated CRM pipeline (we use GoHighLevel)
  • Report weekly on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecast

What You Bring

Required:

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, specifically in outsourcing, BPO, or staffing for medium to large enterprise clients
  • Strong consultative selling skills — you ask the right questions before pitching
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication
  • Confident in cold and warm outreach, networking, and building relationships with decision-makers (C-suite, Directors, Operations leaders)
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision in a remote, part-time setup
  • Disciplined time management — able to deliver full pipeline results within focused working hours
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM
  • Background in ethical or values-driven companies
  • Familiarity with VA, remote team, or outsourcing sales cycles

What Success Looks Like

  • Month 3: Leading Discovery Calls alongside the CEO
  • Month 6: Owning the pipeline independently with measurable conversion targets
  • Month 12: Sales process fully documented and repeatable; potential for role expansion

Work Setup

  • 📍 Remote — Philippines-based
  • 🕐 Part-time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CST), Monday through Friday
    (equivalent to 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM Philippine Standard Time)
  • 💼 Part-time independent contractor via CoWorq
