We are looking for a Physician Recruiter to lead the expansion of our physician and provider network. The role involves identifying and closing high-caliber doctors who are eager to practice at the forefront of AI-native healthcare. The ideal candidate will be deeply tech-forward, master Counsel's AI platform, and have a proven track record in clinical recruiting and telehealth/digital health expertise.
Requirements
- 4+ years of clinical recruiting experience, specifically focused on hiring doctors (MDs/DOs) and physicians.
- Telehealth/Digital Health Expertise: Proven track record in a high-growth virtual care or health-tech environment is required.
- Tech-Forward Mindset: You must be highly proficient with modern productivity tools and capable of mastering a complex AI product demo to "sell" the vision to skeptical clinicians.
- Exceptional Communication: Ability to build instant rapport with clinical professionals and explain technical concepts in a way that resonates with medical practitioners.
- Operational Rigor: Experience managing complex scheduling and the administrative nuances (licensure, credentialing basics) inherent in clinical hiring.
- Data Fluency: Experience using Ashby (or similar modern ATS) to track pipeline health and provide regular reporting to leadership.
