Requirements
- Developing search, sourcing and interview strategies
- Seeking passive and active leads through online marketplaces/channels
- Evaluating credentials, conducting in-depth candidate interviews and presenting dossiers of recommended candidates to hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Designing and executing integrated Physician talent strategies
- Maintaining and suggesting innovative recruitment tools, technologies and best practices
- Leveraging data and analytics to develop recruiting strategies and influence business outcomes
- Educating internal clients on physician recruiting best practices and labor market dynamics
- Networking and building a robust and continuous talent pipeline
- Nurturing long standing candidate relationships and executing a high-level, white glove support recruitment experience for the candidate
