Supervisors lead a group of Team Members performing work for assigned client(s) and ensure client needs are met by organizing inventory and workflow and ensuring that Team Members are engaged and able to adequately perform their duties.
Requirements
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management
- Experience effectively managing remote team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present information professionally to clients
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Power Point skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to organize and facilitate meetings
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet multiple competing priorities
