As a Talent Acquisition Partner II, you will lead a team of sourcers and deliver a world-class hiring experience for Hiring Managers and candidates by ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and strong partnership throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6 + years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting Professional, Operations, Sales and/or IT
- Prior experience recruiting across multiple countries, time zones and labor markets, with an understanding of cultural nuances and region-specific hiring practices
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective intake meetings, manage expectations, influence decision-making and provide consultative guidance
