The Area Vice President, West role is responsible for generating new revenue and supporting base customers in the designated geographic region. The role requires strong experience building sales teams, hiring top talent, forecasting, and developing sales quotas for territories. The AVP will collaborate closely with Corin's Sales, Marketing, Corporate Accounts, Sales Training and Education groups to successfully deliver results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business
- 10-15 years related medical device sales management and leadership experience
- Demonstrated record of significant growth in orthopedic sales across multiple states
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in medical device sales, with a focus on orthopedics and total joint replacement
- Fluency in state, federal and other regulations pertinent to medical device sales
