Senior Account Executive role in a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming mining and drilling operations through a digital drilling management platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS and/or Mining/Industrial sectors.
  • Proven success in mid-market or multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding annual quotas.
  • Strong discovery, presentation, and closing abilities with a consultative mindset.
  • Proficiency with SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience mentoring or informally leading peers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Portuguese language will be highly advantageous
