CorePlan is a tech startup in Perth, Australia, shaking up the mining industry with a digital SaaS drilling management platform. We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the post-implementation success of our customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Success, project management or consulting, ideally in SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or similar (preferred)
- Experience working with complex software products.
- Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple customers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and curiosity about how customers work.
- Confidence using CRM and project management tools.
- Mining industry experience would be a plus
