The Senior Engagement Manager is responsible for allocating technical resources to client engagements, communicating with clients and team members, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand client business objectives and align consulting services to meet these goals
- Manage project budget and ensure projects are profitable
- Provide consultation based on best practice techniques in traditional and modern frameworks
- Lead execution teams of 2-20 people depending on project size
- Perform various administrative tasks including status reports and time recording
