The Operational Assistant/Emergency Hotline will be responsible for 24/7 ad-hoc customer and business partner support in case of short-term flight-related special cases, including identifying problems, communicating with stakeholders, and finding solutions independently.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the DACH tourism market is helpful
- Tourism education or equivalent study (desirable)
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Communication strength and reliability
