What you can expect to be doing:

Data Analysis and Insights: As the lead subject matter expert, you will be responsible for analyzing website traffic, user behavior, engagement, and other key metrics. Your insights will guide digital marketing strategies.

Digital Marketing Optimization: This role requires assessing the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM efforts. The goal is to provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.

Experimentation and Testing: Designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and multivariate experiments is critical for continuous improvement and conversion rate optimization (CRO). This role involves using data-driven techniques to refine website design and content.

Audience Segmentation and Personalization: Developing and implementing segmentation strategies based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data to enhance personalization and targeting across digital channels.

Collaboration and Integration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Pardot, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaboration is key to driving continuous improvement.

What you skills/experience you need to have:

• 3+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics and/or product analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, or comparable experience.
• Strong data visualization experience (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, Domo, etc.).
• Experience with designing and measuring A/B and multivariate tests.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Pardot, Hubspot), Web Analytics (Google Analytics), and other platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, dependable, professional, personable, and organized.
• Tool certifications plus experience with SQL and statistical packages like Python are a plus, but not required.
• Fluency in English is required.
