We're looking for a proactive, knowledgeable IT Administrator to support our growing team across both office and remote environments.
Requirements
- Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops/workstations (Windows & macOS)
- Manage mobile devices and applications through MDM tools
- Install, update, and troubleshoot software, OS patches, drivers, and performance issues
- Support and maintain office hardware including printers and peripherals
- Provide hands-on assistance with hardware, software, authentication, and business apps
- Assist with remote/hybrid setups and ongoing tech support
- Resolve help desk tickets with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, and customer service
- Support widely used applications like Microsoft Office, Slack, Atlassian, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Research emerging tools and technologies to enhance IT processes
- Assist in maintaining cybersecurity controls (firewalls, endpoint protection, encryption, etc.)
