Distribution Analyst

Convatec is a global medical products and technologies company, focused on solutions for the management of chronic conditions. The Logistics Inventory team is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the operational performance and inventory accuracy across our Third-Party distribution centres in Poland and Europe. The Distribution Analyst will be responsible for inventory accuracy in SAP and 3PL WMS, generating daily SAP stock reconciliation, and analyzing inventory including quality, damaged, short dated and expired stock.

Requirements

• 1-3 years relevant work experience
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with structured data
• Good Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (formulas, pivots), Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Knowledge of SAP systems or willingness to learn
• Ability to problem solve system errors, via root cause analysis and with an eye for detail
• Knowledge of international supply chain, customs and/or logistics operations is desired
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work proactively
• Continuous improvement approach, being able to bring new ideas and challenge the status quo
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to collaborate with internal/external teams
• Polish fluent
• English fluent
