Lead Software Developer (all genders)

We are looking for a Lead Software Developer to work with our development teams, helping them tackle complex tasks, design APIs, and maintain architecture. You'll be part of our Architecture Board, make technical decisions, and act as a technical partner for the team. In day-to-day work, you'll collaborate with different teams, plan and estimate projects, and ensure the quality of what we build.

Requirements

• At least five years experience in a similar role with leadership experience (Hosting industry is a plus)
• Strong experience with SQL databases and designing REST APIs
• Solid understanding of modern backend and frontend architectures and experience with frameworks such as NestJS, Spring Boot, Django, React, Angular or Svelte
• Experience working with event-driven systems as well as authentication and authorization concepts
• Strong focus on code quality, including writing testable code and automated tests
• Excellent communication skills in English and German and the ability to explain technical topics to developers and non-technical stakeholders
• Team-oriented mindset, reliability and a strong sense of ownership
