Client Relations Coordinator (US Offshoring, WFH)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a AU/US Account Manager
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.

What will you do?

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and effective support.
  • Communicate progress on requirements clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client operations through our solutions.
  • Prepare account status reports and updates.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly, adhering to SLA guidelines, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Anticipate client needs and recommend tailored solutions to improve their experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales and Operations, to align on client goals and expectations.
  • Conduct client check-ins to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement in products and services.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services.
