The story of Connect Centric is one inspired by resilience, family, and a desire to humanize the world of IT consulting. It all began with founder Jenna Reese, who grew up watching her mother successfully navigate the demanding worlds of entrepreneurship and family life. Her mother, a business owner who managed an art and framing business, balanced her professional responsibilities with being present for her family, even hand-making her daughter's homecoming dress. This powerful example of a capable female leader and an attentive parent planted the seed for Jenna's own entrepreneurial journey. In 2009, with a passion for solving complex problems and a vision to create a different kind of consultancy, Jenna launched Connect Centric as a solo venture. She was driven by the philosophy of surrounding herself with people who wholeheartedly support growth and success, a principle that would become the bedrock of the company's culture and its client relationships.

From its humble beginnings as a one-woman operation, Connect Centric has blossomed into a diverse and talented team of experts. The company was built on the idea of moving beyond transactional client interactions to forge genuine, lasting partnerships. This people-first approach is not just a tagline; it's woven into the fabric of the company's mission to deliver custom IT solutions that help clients achieve their goals while reclaiming precious time. Serving a range of clients from Fortune 50 companies to federal agencies and large non-profits, Connect Centric has carved a niche for itself by blending strategy, technology, and human insight. They tackle critical initiatives and complex challenges for organizations like Freddie Mac, the FDA, and Elevance Health, always with an eye on delivering meaningful impact. The company's vision is to redefine IT consulting, creating a world where technology serves people, not the other way around, and where success is measured not just by project completion, but by meaningful results, ethical practices, and a sustainable work-life balance for everyone involved.
