FP&A & Controlling Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Good understanding of financial statements and business drivers
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
• BI tools experience
• Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis and automation (plus)
