Digital Marketer (Contract)

THE POSITION:
We’re looking for someone who can help with the execution of digital marketing campaigns for each property that we market. The ideal candidate has incredible attention to detail, excellent time management and prioritization skills, and is flexible and composed. Support includes:

• Digital marketing / advertising
• Email
• Website content
• Social media
• Property listing sites

• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience in digital marketing, coordination, or likekind role

• Experience using Salesforce or likekind CRM, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Facebook, Google, Adobe Creative Suite, and website content management
• Ability to self manage and correctly prioritize and re-prioritize urgent items throughout the day
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Composed under pressure; ability to excel in fast-paced environments
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and requests
• Ability to work within set budgets
• Must be quality conscious, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
