We’re growing fast and looking for an AI-First Backend Engineer to join our Core Team and play a key role in building high-performance systems and scaling our core product architecture. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Security Research teams, helping us deliver deep security value at scale. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend software engineering within a fast-paced product company or startup environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python – deep understanding of its ecosystem, frameworks, and asynchronous programming.
• Polyglot Mindset – Proven experience working with at least two different programming languages in production environments, demonstrating deep technical agility.
• AI-First Approach – Active and proficient use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs) to streamline coding practices, accelerate learning curves, and optimize workflows.
• Solid foundations in software design patterns, data structures, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as part of a global, distributed team.
