Description
A growing company focused on scalable outbound sales and demand generation are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can own outbound prospecting, leverage LinkedIn automations, and continuously optimize messaging performance through A/B testing.
The SDR will be responsible for generating qualified leads and booking meetings through outbound channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn outreach. This role requires hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools, message testing, and data-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Set up and manage LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., connection requests, follow-ups, sequences)
- Create, test, and optimize outbound messaging using A/B testing methodologies
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and improve response and conversion rates
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICP) and target accounts
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting on outreach activities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and targeting
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn automations and outreach tools
- Proven ability to run A/B tests on messaging and optimize based on performance data
- Solid understanding of outbound sales funnels and lead qualification
- Experience working with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to B2B or SaaS companies
- Familiarity with cold email tools and multi-channel outreach
- Prior experience working with international or US-based clients
