Description
This role focuses on maintaining the integrity of data flows between enterprise systems. You will act as a technical bridge between business units and engineering teams, ensuring seamless integrations and rapid troubleshooting, particularly during high-stakes business cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze API logs and JSON payloads to identify, debug, and resolve complex integration errors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Sales Ops, and technical teams to verify end-to-end data integrity.
- Critical Period Support: Provide heightened technical assistance during "End-of-Quarter" windows to ensure business continuity.
- On-Call Rotation: Maintain availability for weekend on-call shifts as required.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Education: Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management.
- Work Hours: Ability to commit to a 50%–70% position.
- Flexibility: Must be available for a weekend on-call rotation.
Technical Competencies:
- APIs & Data: Proven experience or a deep theoretical understanding of APIs.
- Data Analysis: Hands-on experience reading and analyzing JSON structures.
- System Tracing: Strong ability to trace data flow and debug issues across multiple interconnected systems.
- Salesforce (SF): Prior knowledge or experience is a significant advantage.
