We’re looking for a Finance and Admin Operations Specialist - reliable, Detail-oriented and Analytical thinking team member to support our daily financial operations.

Ideal for candidates with finance, admin, or accounting experience who want to grow their skills and contribute to impactful work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records and update trackers in Excel/Google Sheets
• Prepare different reports on monthly basis
• Respond to employee payment-related queries
• Organize documentation and assist with general admin tasks
• Track vacation balances and handle employee agreement records

Requirements

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of finance or accounting
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Attention to detail, Analytical thinking and strong organizational habits
• Proactive, responsible, and ready to learn
• English level B1–B2 or higher, Ukrainian native
