Requirements
- Provide end-to-end support for customers
- Modify current services and capitalize on generating new revenue or lines of business
- Establish and build rapport as a product ambassador
- Accurately and confidently handle various types of customer inquiries
- Illustrate value of products and engage in consultative relationships with customers
- Proactively address all customer needs and advocate for customers
- Complete required coursework and progress to Level Two within 12 months of hire
