The Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consulting Services Manager should be a ‘go to’ practice leader, providing expert guidance to the Consulting management team and their subsequent project team members.
Requirements
- Helps others by driving, organizing and completing tasks within a project workstream to drive efficient completion and achieve project goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking or Scheduling, by supporting internal initiatives and team knowledge sharing activities.
- Project Oversight: Oversight responsibility for Workday projects across the practice.
- Sales Support: Support the RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work.
- Project Work: Guide the customer through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the customer’s unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
- Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providing support for shadow assignments.
