We are looking for a Business Analyst to translate business requirements, customer needs, and internal processes into clear product specifications and intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong product & design capability and be able to work at the intersection of business analysis, product management, design, and development.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
• Structured and analytical approach with ability to think beyond features to consider system logic, usability, scalability, and business impact.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Experience with user journey mapping and workflow analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient written communication skills in English.
