About CoAct
We are a national not-for-profit network that brings community service organisations together to deliver practical employment support across Australia. Our services include Inclusive Employment Australia, Workforce Australia, and NDIS Support Coordination, helping people prepare for work, find suitable roles, and sustain employment. We work alongside job seekers, employers, community organisations, and government, focusing on people who may face barriers in the labour market.
Our model connects local not-for-profit providers with a shared national framework, shared knowledge, and targeted responses. Over more than 25 years, that partnership has helped us support job seekers and connect people with services in their communities. CoAct Connect also works with employers to build more inclusive and diverse workplaces, while our providers focus on practical pathways into work and longer-term participation in the community.
