Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years managing engineering teams in a MarTech, CMS, or digital experience engineering environment
• Hands-on experience with or strong working knowledge of Adobe AEM, WP Engine (WordPress), and technical SEO principles
• Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and translate high-level marketing and business goals into concrete engineering plans
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to align engineering, marketing, and SEO partners around a shared vision
