Requirements
- Manage and process client and JLL Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR)
- Liaise with Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) authority
- Coordinate vendor documentation, service agreements and contract administration
- Maintain facility records, work order documentation and compliance files
- Support account management with administrative coordination and reporting
- Process invoices, track expenses and assist with budget monitoring
