CEVA Logistics is seeking a Global Sales Upskilling Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will design, deploy, and continuously improve global sales learning solutions to develop sales competencies across CEVA's Business Development community.
Requirements
- 5 years of higher education
- +10 years working experience either in HR, consultative company, marketing, product management or in education or a startup
- Interested in developing people and making them grow within their job
- Similar experience ideally acquired within a training department or a training organization
- Tech-savvy and at ease with digital learning tools
- Has an idea of selling services & know how to explain the value
- Fluent in English
- Autonomous, able to get easily self-learning to learn quicky new content & vocabulary/aera of business
- Good communicator and able to work efficiently remotely
