Devops Lead Engineer

As a DevOps Lead Engineer at Clario, you will define and lead the DevOps strategy for mobile engineering ecosystem, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable delivery of Android and iOS applications. You will combine deep hands-on expertise with technical leadership to optimize delivery pipelines and improve developer experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years in DevOps, release engineering, or build engineering, with meaningful time spent on mobile delivery
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining GitLab CI pipelines (YAML-based) for Android and iOS targets
• Working knowledge of.NET build toolchains and the ability to troubleshoot Android and iOS build issues in a CI context
• Experience with secrets management solutions (Vault, cloud-native secret managers, or equivalent) and mobile signing infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with observability and SRE practices, including synthetic monitoring, alerting strategy, and SLOs, using tools such as Dynatrace, Sentry, or Datadog
• Strong scripting ability in Bash, Python, or similar for automation and pipeline tooling
• Track record of driving technical decisions across team boundaries with clarity and buy-in
• Working knowledge of Docker, particularly in the context of containerized device testing and CI build environments
