The International Franchise Contract Administrator is responsible for preparing and maintaining franchise-related contracts for the Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. global franchise business.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in contract management, including contract coordination and database management
  • Prior franchise contract management experience is highly preferred
  • Working proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • Previous experience with PeopleSoft and MS Access Preferred
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritize multiple projects individually or with a team
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must have a strong work ethic and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information
