Requirements

• Strong copywriting experience and a flair for emotionally resonant messaging.
• Understand civic advocacy, grassroots mobilization, and how to move public opinion.
• Experience using and learning digital tools quickly; AI tools are a plus.
• Ability to analyze socio-political contexts and translate them into campaigns.
• Confident in writing in an active, emotional, and persuasive voice.
• Ability to work autonomously on a variety of tasks and projects, prioritizing them efficiently.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative team culture and hierarchical team structure.
• Basic graphic design skills, experience with Canva or similar design tools is an asset.
